Cancellations, Rescheduling and Tardiness

If you arrive late to your appointment your service may need to be rescheduled. This allows me to serve each client properly.

48 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling appointments.  Late cancellations/reschedules may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. I understand that emergencies and illnesses exist and exceptions to this policies are made on a case by case basis.

Every effort is made to remind and confirm appointments including a confirmation when the appointment is made, a notice 7 days prior to the appointment as well as a reminder sent days before the appointment.

Unpaid cancellation fees will result in cancellation of future appointments. Multiple last minute cancellations may result in being required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

A non-refundable deposit equal to half the service(s) price is required when total time booked is greater than 90 minutes.
